Account and registration
Opening an account on armuzna takes subject to verification. First, visit our registration page and fill in your username, email, strong password, and mobile number. Click "Create account." armuzna sends a verification link to your email—click it to confirm. Then we send an SMS code to your mobile number; enter it to verify your phone. Both steps are mandatory and protect your account from unauthorized access.
Next, log in and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by confirming your full name and date of birth. Most members finish this step during their first login. Once verified, you are eligible to deposit and play all games on armuzna—football markets, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports. Your account is now fully active.
If your deposit does not complete on armuzna, the most common reason is a network error or payment gateway timeout. No. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on armuzna. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same email, phone number, payment method, or IP address, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts and forfeit any balance pending investigation. This policy protects the integrity of our platform and prevents fraud.
If you accidentally created a duplicate account or have an old account you no longer use, contact our support team and request account closure. We will close the dormant account and ensure that any funds are returned to your verified payment method. Every Monday morning, we calculate your total verified wagers from the previous week and credit a cashback percentage to your account—no manual claim required. To qualify for weekly cashback on armuzna, your play must be genuine (not self-dealing or bonus abuse). Deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses do not count toward cashback—only your actual game wagers. Security and account care
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is the most effective way to protect your armuzna account. To enable it, log in to your account, go to Account Settings or Security, and select "Enable 2FA." Choose SMS (we send a code to your mobile number) or an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Once enabled, every time you log in to armuzna from a new device or browser, you must enter the code sent to your phone or shown in your authenticator app. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the 2FA code. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on all accounts. Setup takes about two minutes, and you will be prompted to enter your first 2FA code immediately after enabling it.
Go to the armuzna login page and click "Forgot your password?" armuzna sends a secure password-reset link to your registered email address. Click the link to open a secure form where you can set a new password. The reset link is valid for one hour; if you miss the window, request a new link.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Once you set a new password, you can log in to armuzna immediately using the new credentials. Do not share your password reset link with anyone, and never click a password-reset link from a suspicious email—it may be a phishing attempt. If you receive unexpected password-reset emails from armuzna, your account may be under attack. Change your password immediately and enable 2FA.
If armuzna locks your account, it is usually due to multiple failed login attempts (a security measure to prevent hacking attempts). Wait one hour and try logging in again. If your account remains locked, contact our support team with your username and registered email address. We will verify your identity and unlock your account.
If you suspect your account has been compromised (unauthorized logins, balance changes you did not authorize, or emails you do not recognize), contact support immediately. Do not attempt to log in further if you think an attacker has your password. We will securely reset your account, change your password, and investigate any unauthorized activity. Always enable 2FA to protect against account takeover, and never share your password with anyone.

If you later discover that your jurisdiction restricts armuzna's services, you should close your account and withdraw your balance immediately.
